The service

We use WhatsApp to answer enquiries, share product and service information, and — where you have opted in — send updates and offers. Availability depends on WhatsApp, which we do not control.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you ask us for something.
• Do not send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not use our number for spam, automated bulk messaging, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Messaging and charges

We do not charge for messaging us. Your mobile network or data plan may apply its own charges. Message frequency varies with your enquiry; you can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP.

Quotes, orders, and availability

Prices, offers, and availability shared over WhatsApp are indicative and subject to confirmation unless we state otherwise in writing. An order is only binding once we confirm it.

Intellectual property

Content we send you — including images, catalogues, and designs — remains ours or our licensors'. You may not resell or redistribute it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by WhatsApp or other services we depend on. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
